INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS are crucial because they represent the minimum requirements to protect workers, as determined by experts. PPE without proper certifications may not be able to perform its intended function effectively.

Our face shields are designed with exceptional features to ensure the highest levels of safety and performance. They are certified with ANSI Z87.1+ and EN 166 BT, meaning they can easily withstand the impact of a 6mm steel ball traveling at a speed of 300 MPH (440 ft/s) at room temperature or 268 MPH (393 ft/s) at extreme temperatures (from -23°F to +122°F). Additionally, an Aluminum Edge has been added to the visors, increasing their robustness and allowing users to bend the visor to find a suitable curve for their needs.

Optical clarity is paramount, and our face shields meet all the optical requirements of ANSI Z87.1 (US standard) and are ranked Class 1 according to EN 166 (EN standard), ensuring users can see through the face shield clearly without experiencing dizziness or headaches from prolonged wear.

For added convenience, our face shields feature a Ratchet Headgear that allows users to easily adjust the headgear by simply turning the knob clockwise or counterclockwise to find the perfect fit. Furthermore, to ensure the face shield is delivered in optimal condition, protective films are applied to both sides, which can be easily removed before use.
